At Talk Pro Language, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Returns Process:
- Once you have obtained a RAN, please package your item securely and include the RAN number on the outside of the package.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is returned to us safely.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements.
- If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us by email or phone to obtain a RAN.
- Once you have obtained a RAN, please package your item securely and include the RAN number on the outside of the package.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements.
- If your exchange is approved, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost.
Exceptions:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
