Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your digital product must not have been downloaded or accessed.
- We accept return requests within 14 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact us by email to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Returns Process:
- Since this is a digital product, we will process your return based on the status of your download or access.
- If the product has not been downloaded or accessed, we will approve your return.
- Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your digital product for an alternative version, please contact us by email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Once you receive your RAN, we will process the exchange as long as the original product has not been downloaded or accessed.
- If your exchange is approved, we will provide the new product to you at no additional cost
Exceptions:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
